I experienced some health issues recently and was unable to clear my driveway during this last snowstorm. I contacted Jack after I saw his post in our online city group. He was very responsive and agreed to do the job right away. It was refreshing to hear a contractor treat you with kindness and respect, especially in a stressful situation. He and his team did a great job. I wish his business more success.
